Eat a Larabar. I know I sound like a commercial, but I really think we all hit those moments when life throws us busy-ness and we don't have the time to ponder just what will be a healthy choice. Larabars I've seen at Target and Publix, but check your local stores in the protein bar section yourself!
My favorite is cherry pie. The other flavors are good, including the Apple Pie bar. But they are made from wholesome ingredients! Nothing added like soy or sugar. Quick, easy, healthy. Yum!
