So what do I put in said smoothie that would provoke me to post about it? The same stuff as a previous post about green smoothies! And it's delicious and you will have no idea the green veggie is in it (other than the color of the smoothie would be green). Curious how to incorporate this cheap, green cabbage into your diet? bok choy leaves
3 cups water
3 cups pineapple juice
stevia (to your liking)
Step 1: Chop all white off of the bok choy. Keep the greens, throw in as much as you want!
Step 2: Add other ingredients.
Step 3: Blend.
Step 4: Bask in the fact that there is no fourth step and you have made and consumed breakfast in under 10 minutes (maybe 5, depending on if you chug it)...
I know it's the same, but seriously? It works. And for those of us who cannot remember a multitude of recipes in our heads at all times (due to the craziness of life), at least you have a simple base that works for a variety of greens! Bok choy and collards are all I've tried thus far, but I will try more varieties as I can and will post what I find. May you have blessed mornings and take your extra time to get some unmatched spiritual food by whipping out your Scriptures! Shalom!
