
Let's say that you could have your indulgences guiltlessly. Yes. I am telling you the truth. And to top it off, it tastes pretty darn good too! Here's the recipe and that fabulous ingredient posted on your left:
Chocolate Avocado Smoothie
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 avocado
8 T cocoa
Stevia to taste
pinch of salt
1-2 T vanilla
Simply blend it up, put it in a Tervis cup if you must, and voila! You CAN be healthy and blissfully happy too you know...
